Referral Program Agreement

To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be 18 years or older and have a website or social media platform that is related to website designing, technology, or business.
As an affiliate, you'll receive a unique discount code that you can share with your audience. When someone uses your discount code to sign up for our website design services, you'll receive a commission of 5% of the total website design package cost.
Your commission will be paid out within 30 days of us receiving the full payment for the website design package and confirming the referral. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including e-wallets, Orange Money transactions, Skrill, and MyZaka. Simply let us know which payment method you prefer, and we'll process your payment as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to reject any application if we believe the content of the affiliate's website or social media platform is inappropriate. We also reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, without notice or cause.
Affiliates may not use any form of spam or unethical marketing methods to promote our services. This includes sending unsolicited emails, posting in inappropriate forums or groups, or using deceptive marketing tactics.
Affiliates may not refer themselves or create fake referrals in order to earn commission. Doing so will result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any earnings.
Affiliates are responsible for accurately disclosing their relationship with our website designing agency and promoting our services in a truthful and ethical manner.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any changes or updates to the program that we may make from time to time.
